A core feature of Prabag is that users can access and use all core creation functions of the App without registering for or logging into any user account. There is no mandatory account system, identity verification, or user information binding mechanism in the entire product experience. This document fully elaborates on our user data processing rules, privacy protection measures, and service operation standards to ensure every user can use our AI creation services with complete peace of mind.
Prabag adheres to the most stringent minimal data collection principle throughout the entire service operation process. Our core product design philosophy is to minimize user data retention and protect user privacy to the greatest extent. Prabag absolutely does not collect any facial feature data of users, including but not limited to facial structure features, facial texture features, facial coordinate data, and all types of facial biometric identification information. There is no facial data collection program, no facial data caching mechanism, and no facial data recording module in the App program code. All AI visual generation functions run independently based on user-imported creative materials, and the entire operation process is completely isolated from user facial information. We firmly guarantee that user facial information and facial features will never be acquired, stored, or utilized by Prabag in any scenario.
In addition to the absolute non-collection of facial information, Prabag also does not actively collect users' personal identity information, contact information, device exclusive identification information, location information, browsing records, and other personal private data. Since no account login is required, we do not collect any account registration information, user nickname, avatar, password, or binding information. The only temporary data involved in the use process is the creative materials independently imported by users for AI generation, and all such material data is only used for the real-time completion of the current AI generation task, with no permanent storage or secondary invocation.
All AI visual generation functions provided by the Prabag App are supported by our independently developed and operated self-owned service system. We independently build, deploy, and maintain all technical servers, algorithm models, data computing platforms, and service operation systems required for image and short video generation. The entire AI generation service link is independently completed by our internal technical system, with no reliance on any external third-party technical services, third-party algorithm interfaces, or third-party computing platforms.
In the whole process of user creation and AI generation, all data calculation, content rendering, image synthesis, and video generation operations are completed in our exclusive self-operated service environment. There is no data transmission, data docking, or service invocation with any third-party institutions, enterprises, or platforms. Our self-owned service system has independent data processing authority and independent operation and maintenance capabilities, which can fully ensure the independence, security, and closure of user creation data, and completely avoid privacy risks caused by third-party service participation.
Prabag has always taken user privacy security as the primary service criterion, and we have a zero-tolerance attitude towards user information sharing and disclosure. We clearly promise that we will never share, transmit, disclose, sell, rent, or provide any user personal information and user creation data to any third-party individuals, enterprises, organizations, or institutions in any form and for any reason.
There is no third-party data sharing mechanism, no third-party data docking channel, and no third-party data authorization link in all service links of the App. Whether it is the user's temporary creation material data, local use behavior data, or any other user-related data generated during the use of the App, all data is completely closed in our self-owned service system and will never flow to any third party. We will not conduct any commercial or non-commercial data sharing, data exchange, data transmission, or data disclosure behavior involving user privacy information.
No matter in normal service operation, technical maintenance, system upgrade, or other conventional operation scenarios, we will never provide any user personal information and creation data to third parties. Our internal data management system has strict closed access permissions, and no internal staff has the authority to export, transmit or share user data, which fully guarantees that all user private information will never be leaked or shared.
For the creative materials uploaded by users independently for AI generation, our self-owned service system only processes the data in real time to complete the current user's generation request. After the user completes the creation and obtains the generated image or video content, the temporary material data used for generation will be automatically cleared by the system in a timely manner. We will not permanently store users' creative materials, generated content records, and use behavior data on the server side.
The App does not actively cache user private data locally or on the server side, and all user operation behaviors are completed in an independent and isolated running environment.
