This Subscription Agreement is an official service clause formulated for users who purchase premium subscription services on the Prabag AI visual creation platform. This agreement independently regulates the service content, membership rights, usage rules, and service specifications of Prabag's paid subscription functions. It supplements and improves the platform's service rules on the basis of the basic User Agreement and is applicable to all users who voluntarily purchase and activate Prabag subscription services.
By purchasing, activating, and using the platform's subscription services, users fully confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the terms of this Subscription Agreement and agree to use the paid subscription services in accordance with the rules specified in this document.
Prabag provides paid time-limited subscription services for users who need long-term and high-frequency AI visual creation. All subscription services are independently launched, operated, and managed by our official team, matching the platform's self-developed AI image and video generation system. The subscription service is an optional premium service. Ordinary users can still use the basic free creation functions of the App without purchasing a subscription, and the subscription behavior will not affect the normal use of the platform's basic free services.
All subscription charging standards, subscription cycle types, and service scope are subject to the official real-time display content on the App subscription page. The platform provides diversified subscription cycle options for users to choose independently, and users can voluntarily purchase according to their own creative usage needs.
The core exclusive benefit of purchasing Prabag subscription services is that users can obtain a large number of preferential gold coins in a one-time manner after successfully activating the subscription. The preferential gold coins obtained through subscription are exclusive premium resources of the paid service, with a higher cost-performance ratio and more favorable acquisition conditions than the gold coins obtained through ordinary free channels or individual purchases.
The one-time preferential gold coin reward will be automatically issued to the user's local usable gold coin inventory immediately after the subscription is successfully activated. The total amount of preferential gold coins is subject to the preferential quota corresponding to the subscription package purchased by the user, and no additional application or redemption operation is required.
Users shall clearly understand and agree that during the valid period of the subscription service, all AI visual generation services on the platform still require the consumption of gold coins normally. The subscription service only provides users with the exclusive benefit of one-time large-quantity preferential gold coin rewards, and does not provide unlimited free generation, zero-consumption creation, or free permission for core generation functions.
The core value of the subscription service is to help users obtain a large amount of creation resources at a preferential cost to meet the needs of high-frequency and large-volume visual creation, rather than exempting the function consumption rules.
The valid period of the subscription service shall be subject to the subscription cycle selected and purchased by the user. The subscription term starts from the moment the payment is successfully completed and the service is activated, and the system will automatically record the start time and expiration time of the subscription.
The one-time preferential gold coins obtained from the subscription are valid for use within the subscription service period by default. After the subscription expires, the unused remaining preferential gold coins in the user's inventory can still be used normally according to the platform's basic gold coin rules, and will not be invalidated synchronously with the expiration of the subscription identity unless otherwise specified by the official.
After the subscription expires, the user's premium subscription identity will automatically lapse, and the user will no longer enjoy the exclusive preferential gold coin benefit of the subscription. If the user needs to continue to obtain preferential gold coin resources, they can choose to repurchase the subscription service.
All subscription services and gold coin benefit rules are independently set and explained by Prabag. The platform strictly abides by the service commitments displayed on the subscription page, and fully delivers the corresponding one-time preferential gold coin benefits and subscription service qualifications for successfully paid orders.
This Subscription Agreement is a supplementary clause of the Prabag User Agreement. All parts not covered by this agreement shall be implemented in accordance with the platform's official User Agreement and service specifications. The subscription service only provides users with exclusive gold coin preferential benefits and does not involve any personal data collection, privacy authorization and other rights and obligations changes.
