This User Agreement serves as a binding guideline for all users who access and use the Prabag application. Prabag is a lightweight iOS-based AI visual creation tool that focuses on providing simple, efficient, and professional one-stop AI image and short video generation services for ordinary creative users. The application adopts a streamlined product design, only retaining core AI visual generation capabilities without any redundant or unnecessary functional extensions.
A core feature of Prabag is that users can access and use all core creation functions of the application without registering, logging in, or creating any user account. No personal identity binding or user authentication is required to experience the complete core services of the app.
This agreement clarifies the service rules, user usage specifications, platform operation standards, and user privacy protection commitments of Prabag. All users who open and use the application automatically recognize and accept the contents of this User Agreement and voluntarily abide by all usage specifications stipulated herein.
All AI visual generation services provided by Prabag are independently developed, operated, and maintained by our official technical team. The entire service system including AI algorithm models, data computing platforms, service servers, and content generation programs is completely self-developed and self-operated.
The application does not invoke, rely on, or access any third-party technical services, third-party algorithm interfaces, third-party computing systems, or third-party data processing platforms. All image generation, picture optimization, short video production, and visual content creation processes are completed in our exclusive independent service environment.
In the whole process of user service use, there is no data interaction, service docking, or resource sharing with any external third-party enterprises, institutions, or organizations. The independent service operation mode fully ensures the stability, safety, and independence of user creation behavior and creation data, and avoids all potential risks brought by third-party service participation.
Prabag attaches great importance to user privacy protection and always adheres to the minimal data processing principle in all service links. We make the following solemn and clear commitments on user facial information and personal privacy protection:
We have completely closed all possible facial information collection channels in the program code and service system, fundamentally ensuring that user facial privacy is fully protected.
In addition to the absolute non-collection of facial information, Prabag does not actively collect users' personal identity information, contact information, device exclusive information, location information, and other private data. The only temporary data involved in the use process is the creative materials uploaded by users independently for AI generation. Such data is only used for real-time processing of the current generation task and will be automatically cleared after the task is completed without permanent storage.
We strictly promise that we will never share, disclose, transmit, sell, rent, or provide any user personal information and user creation data to any third-party individuals, institutions, or organizations. There is no third-party data sharing mechanism in the platform, and all user data is kept completely confidential and closed in our independent service system.
When using Prabag's AI visual creation services, all users shall abide by public network usage norms, public order and good customs. Users shall not use the platform's core generation functions to create, produce, or disseminate illegal, violent, obscene, infringing, false, misleading, or any inappropriate and unauthorized content.
Users shall bear all legal responsibilities and consequences arising from inappropriate creation behaviors and illegal content production.
The independent intellectual property rights of Prabag's AI algorithm models, service framework, program code, and functional design are all owned by our official team. Any unauthorized copying, cracking, secondary development, commercial use, and dissemination of the platform's technical system and functional functions are prohibited.
For legal, compliant, and original visual works generated by users through the platform's AI functions, the intellectual property rights belong to the users themselves. The platform will not occupy, transfer, or use user-independent creative works for commercial purposes without explicit user authorization.
Prabag will always maintain the stable operation of independent AI visual creation services, continuously optimize AI generation algorithms and service experience, and provide users with efficient, high-definition, and convenient image and short video generation services. We always adhere to the user privacy protection principle of zero facial information collection and zero third-party data sharing, and strive to create a safe, pure, and worry-free creative service environment for all users.
